Advisors Excel as a Service Provider - Hosted Data

Some of our services include processing personal information on behalf of our Financial Advisor Client in relation to applications, tools or software that we provide (“Hosted Data”). We are not the data controller of Hosted Data as we do not determine the purposes or the means of processing. If you believe your Personal Information is being processed by us in this way you should refer to the privacy notice of the data controller on whose behalf we are acting. If you wish to access, correct, update, modify, or delete Hosted Data or if you would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients, you should direct your query to the Client, who is the Data Controller of your data.
