Vice President of Life Insurance
Luke is an extremely driven person and that translates into a drive to help his advisors improve their businesses as well. It falls on him to not only provide his agents with the strategies they need in the field, but also to incorporate the level of service that is expected of Advisors Excel.
"I especially like the fact that we have integrated our business philosophy not only with our advisors but also in terms of the employees who work here. We have set a high standard in both regards in that we work with individuals that possess the qualities needed to make them successful."
Luke and his wife, Keely, reside with their three dogs--Jake, Clair and Lou Lou. Luke is deeply involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and has a little brother named Treyvon.
Luke started his collegiate football career as an undersized walk-on at Emporia State University, and his only hope was to eventually see some playing time. However, after a couple years of determination and a great work ethic, he was not only able to secure a starting spot but was also named a Division II second team All-American by an independent sporting report. He is very proud of the hard work that enabled him to compete at such a high level athletically.
"I pursued my legal degree in order to broaden my knowledge base and secure a solid educational background. I never intended to be a practicing attorney, but instead wished to tap into the vast opportunities that such a degree provides in the business and investing world. I use those legal skills on a daily basis as I deal with tax and estate planning issues."
