Job Duties/Responsibilities at Advisors Excel: Ray was hired in August, 2011 as the Controller in the Accounting Department. His job responsibilities are track and report on the Profitability of Advisors Excel Programs and individual Agents and to assist with the daily accounting duties and Financial reporting.

Family: Adina just recently got married in is enjoying every minute of it! Her husband is currently deployed with the Marine Corps, so her two dogs, Xena and Gaby, keep her company at home.
Job Duties/Responsibilities at Advisors Excel: Adina is currently finishing her degree in accounting and finance at the local university, so her role as an intern is to help out in the accounting department with whatever needs to be done. She began her work with Advisors Excel in new business and licensing, but feels accounting is by far the best position for her! Adina's main focus is to learn as much as she can so when she obtains her degree, she can come on full time and provide our advisors with the exceptional service Advisors Excel has come to be known for.

It is great to be treated equally, no matter what role you play, and to work with others that have a passion for providing the best service around. It is always a plus to have a few employees like that in a company, but to have a whole company made of them is incredible! Kacy’s job responsibilities include preparing marketing reimbursements, commission overrides, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. When asked what she liked most about working at Advisors Excel, this is what Kacy had to say: The thing I like most about working for this company is the constant positive energy. Job duties/responsibilities at Advisors Excel. I’ve been with Advisors Excel since March 2007. I work in the finance department processing commissions. My primary duties are to track the overrides Advisors Excel receives from the carriers on paid business, calculate our marketer’s commissions, overrides and/or marketing reimbursements for our advisors per the instructions of their marketer’s on a monthly basis. I also track the premium received by our advisors for contest qualification purposes.

Family: Emme grew up with her mom and step-dad, dad and step-mom and sister. She has three step-sisters, one half-brother, three nieces and five nephews that call her Auntie Em. She and her husband, Collin, have a daughter named Zoë.
Job duties/responsibilities at Advisors Excel. Emme started working for Advisors Excel in May 2010 after graduating from Washburn University with an Accounting degree. She is responsible for entering commissions paid into our system that was created specifically for Advisors Excel. The main function of her role within the Commissions team is to accurately document commissions paid to our advisors so that we have a reliable system to utilize.
