What better way to provide an incentive for our advisors than by rewarding our top performers with once-in-a-lifetime experiences? Each year, our advisors are encouraged to participate in our Top 20 contest. During this four month challenge, our advisors are vying for a spot in the Top 15 or in the Top 5 in growth. Winners have experienced amazing trips to beautiful destinations such as Pebble Beach, New York City and Pinehurst, North Carolina.
