When you build the fastest growing, most successful marketing organization in the industry, you don’t forget those who are critical to your success. At Advisors Excel, we believe that our victories are also yours, and to that end, we reward our producers with a healthy share of our profits every year.
From day one, we’ve given 15% of our profits back to you, our partners. The bottom line… we put our money where our mouth is, and since the program began in 2005, we have paid out more than $2.7 million as our way of thanking our advisors for their loyalty and hard work!
You earn Profit Sharing Units (PSU) based on the paid production you do through Advisors Excel with our qualifying companies in a calendar year. At the end of each year, the profits of Advisors Excel will be calculated and 15% of those profits will be placed in the Excel Profit Sharing Pool. Once the pool is established, you will receive your share based on the number of PSU’s you have accumulated.
The truly unique part of this program is the fact that you continue to get paid on past performance. The PSU’s you receive today will continue to earn money for you years from now. We allow our advisors to accumulate an unlimited number of PSU’s.
