Profit Sharing
How Does It Work
You earn Profit Sharing Units (PSU) based on the paid production you do through Advisors Excel with our approved companies in a calendar year. Every $1,000,000 in paid annuity premium or $100,000 of target life premium qualifies you for a PSU. At the end of each year, the profits will be calculated and we put 15% of those profits into a Profit Sharing Pool. We divide the total amount of the pool by the number of units and determine a PSU value. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL. We allow you at carry over your PSU’S every year (see chart below). You can accumulate an unlimited number of Profit Sharing Units.
You Help, We Share
Talk is cheap. There are a lot of empty promises in the business world. At Advisors Excel, we back our words with action. We believe if we have a profitable year, then you should receive some of those profits.
Our Profit Excel-erator Program offers you a financial incentive to place all your business with us and refer us to all your fellow advisors (you can profit off them).
Keeping It Simple
You earn Profit Sharing Units (PSU) based on the paid production you do through Advisors Excel with our qualifying companies in a calendar year. At the end of each year, the profits of Advisors Excel will be calculated and 15% of those profits will be placed in the Excel Profit Sharing Pool. Once the pool is established, you will receive your share based on the number of PSU’s you have accumulated.
It Gets Better.
The truly unique part of this program is the fact that you continue to get paid on past performance. The PSU’s you receive today will continue to earn money for you years from now. We allow our advisors to accumulate an unlimited number of PSU’s.
