The most successful advisors in our industry all have one thing in common – they never go it alone, and we built Advisors Excel around the idea of the top advisors opening up and sharing their practices with each other, and we’re continuing to take it to another level by introducing our new MasterMind program.
You will have the opportunity to be paired with other advisors in a small group setting to discuss what is working well in your practice, but more importantly, to get advice and suggestions on overcoming you biggest obstacles.
These small groups (limited to eight advisors per group) will meet throughout each year, starting with the Journey event in April. This small group format will allow you to “pick the brains” of your peers and create an environment of accountability for your practice. Participants will challenge each other’s ways of thinking, determine specific, measurable goals for the next 12 months, brainstorm new ideas and encourage each other’s progress with candid, honest feedback.
