Starting my collegiate football career as an undersized walk-on at Emporia State University, my only hope was to eventually see some playing time. However, after a couple years of determination and a great work ethic, I was not only able to secure a starting spot but was also named a Division II 2nd team All-American by an independent sporting report. I am very proud of the hard work that enabled me to compete at such a high level athletically.
